Experienced Automotive Finance Manager - Easton Honda

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financing tasks and paperwork tied to vehicle delivery
• Drive profitability on each finance and insurance transaction
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive rates and programs
• Ensure timely deal completion by coordinating with lending partners
• Maintain strict compliance with all legal and ethical standards throughout the financing process
• Sell financing products and additional insurance offerings to customers
• Develop new financing sources for vehicle purchase contracts
• Collaborate with the Sales Desk to achieve dealership objectives
• Lead a smooth and efficient workflow in the finance office
• Maintain a balanced lender mix and consistently hit monthly goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I management experience
• Proven ability to deliver $1,000+ per unit in financed deals (if applicable)
• Stable career history with previous employers
• Customer-focused, self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to meet and maintain all state and federal licensing requirements for the position
• Proficiency with MS Windows and dealership computer systems
• DealerTrack experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
